Delivery

Cake delivery across Kolkata.

We deliver anywhere within Kolkata, straight from our Salt Lake kitchen. We don't deliver to the outskirts.

How delivery works

• Delivery fee depends on your area and is shown when you order.
• Delivery hours: 10 am – 9 pm. Pick a delivery window when you order and we deliver within it.
• How early to order: website orders need at least 24 hours. For something sooner, WhatsApp us and we'll tell you what we can do that day.
• No midnight delivery for now.
• Pickup: you can collect any order from our kitchen at CG-244, Salt Lake Sector II.
• A photo before it leaves: we send you a photo of your finished cake before delivery. If you'd like a small change, tell us then.

If the recipient can't be reached

Our delivery partner will call the recipient, and then the person who placed the order. If neither can be reached, and we haven't heard from the person who placed the order, the cake can't be delivered and no refund is given. Please make sure the phone numbers and address are correct, and that someone is available during your delivery window.

Looking after your cake

• Keep the cake in the fridge until about 20–30 minutes before cutting.
• Carry it flat and away from heat and direct sun.
• Figurines, toppers, sticks and some decorations are not edible. Please remove them before serving, especially for children.
• Fresh cakes are best eaten within 24–48 hours.
